The Diaper Hyena™ embraces and encourages a
spirit of community and believes that 'sharing the gospel' of
cloth diapering and natural family living is a goal worth
recognition. With that in mind, we want to
recognize those who choose to step-out within their community
to educate, motivate and encourage, all the while Leading
The Pack in a positive direction.
Twice a year the generous WAHMs of Fluff Factory come together in an effort to raise
monies for a worthy cause.
The WAHMChicks Auction House donated space February 20th - 26th of 2005 for
these WAHMs to run their
annual February Charity Event auctions. Charity auctions were
also accepted by any other indiviuduals who desired to contribute.
This year's response was tremendous! An unexpected $12,000.00
was raised to donate to
Aid for Orphans.
These monies will be used towards the much needed repair of
the handicapped room at the Kherson Baby Orphanage in Ukraine.
Additional monies will be divided between the Kherson Baby
Orphanage Infant Feeding Program and the Shevchenkovo Orphanage
for children (ages 6-15) in the Oblast of Mikolaiv.

WAHMs that made it happen. Over 60
Work-At-Home-Moms made contributions in the weeks that
lead up to this event. Their talents, availability
and resolve became labors of love as they donated all
proceeds to Aid for Orphans.
